Quite a good turn-out, but habit of poor punctuality still persists even with the change of state govt. The event was to start at 7:30pm. By 8:00pm, there's still no sign of opening speech. Yb already there, whom were u guys waiting for? The mc could have explained while keeping the folks waiting. But nobody knows what's the wait for ... Notice polyfoam plates and cups in use, shall we change to something recyclable in future to stay aligned with the state govt's go green policy?
